YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS – NEVADA
Nevada provides its residents with a limited right to opt-out of certain Personal Information sales.
Residents who wish to exercise this sale opt-out right may submit a request via email to consult@threepointlaw.com.
6. Retention of Personal Information
We retain Personal Information where we have an ongoing legitimate business or legal need to do so. Our retention periods will vary depending on the type of Personal Information involved, but, generally, we refer to these criteria in order to determine retention period:
Whether we have a legal or contractual need to retain the Personal Information;
Whether the Personal Information is necessary to provide our Site and Services; and
Whether our Customers would reasonably expect that we would retain the Personal Information until they remove it.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and cease any further processing until deletion is possible.
Even if you submit a deletion request, we may be required to maintain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to:
